How do I know my size ?
Please refer to the size chart you can find here or in the items description on product pages. Due to our traditional production methods, measurements can vary from an item to another. it’s the beauty of the Art.
What Payment method do you accept ?
We accept credit cards payments (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) as well as Paypal. We only use protected connections (https url) and the service is provided by Stripe.
Do you ship Worldwide ?
Yes we do.

How long will take my order to arrive ?
As our items are “on demand” or “made to order” only for now, please allow a 10 to 15 business days before shipping for the first category and 25 to 30 business days for the second (Please refer to product page to know in which category the product of your choice is). Once the items has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. The time of delivery vary due to the courrier you have selected at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible of any delays after shipping.
Can I cancel an order I just have placed ?
Unfortunately we can not cancel orders that have been submitted. For any questions concerning orders cancellation, please contact us at info@theageofadolescence.com, we always try to find a suitable solution.
Can I exchange or return an item ?
For returns within 14 days of delivery, please send an email to info@theageofadolescence with the following details:
Name, Adress, Order Number.
The item you want to return and why (wrong size, default etc.) If the item is defective please include a picture. All items must be in original conditions, with tags attached, labels and packaging.
Please allow 1 or 2 business days to our customer care service to get in touch with you.
Note that all returns are free.
What courrier services do you use ?
We work with :
La Poste, Fedex, UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT.
The choice of the courrier is defined by the shipping method you use at checkout.
